not disappointed
I bought this rug two weeks ago. I was very hesitant being it was sight unseen and a big investment. I had to contact customer service because I hadn't gotten a shipping notification. They were very helpful and courteous. I understood the hold up and the problem was resolved. I received the rug within a week. I really love it. My only issue is that it is not as wide or long as stated. However, it was made known prior to ordering that there may be a plus or minus of 3 inches. I was hoping for a plus but it was a minus. It still works for me, however. The colors are very pretty and it is pretty plush. :)

Colorful Quality
I love the jewel tones in this colorful rug. Many choices for room accents in darker fall/winter colors as well as lighter spring/summer. Great quality and outstanding depth of this rug.

Beautiful but!!!!
I love the rug but I purchased a Rectangular and a round rug at the same time and the colors are not the same. They are going in the same room. Since they came together I expected that they would be from the same dye lot.

Beautiful but not square
Installed area rug and it looks beautiful, but the 9'6" width measures 9'7" on one end and 9' 3 1/2" on the other end. 3 1/2" difference is noticeable on hardwood floor. Working with distributor for replacement.

Very nice rug!
We bought the rug several months ago. We enjoy the unique design and fantastic colors. We like how thick the rug it but it seems to shed quite a bit; our vacuum cleaner gets full. We hope that will end soon!

Will the color bleed or fade when a pet urinates on the rug or if any other liquid spills on it
