Very disappointing from
So sad
We bought Urban Tiger beige/green broadloom. We even waited for a sample to make sure the color was right. Very sad to say we spent almost $9,000 (with tax) for a carpet that looks dirty. On line the picture appears to be a medium tone but in reality it is a creamy white. The sample appeared to be beige. The only beige is the scuff marks that look like dirt. It also sheds like a St Bernard.
We have tried to get in touch with customer service but they seem to be ignoring us. We spent far more then we should have with this carpet but I thought it would be the last one we would need to buy. I am 75 and my husband is 81 we feel like we have been taken in a bait and switch scam. Who would think a company in business for over 40 years would pull a bait and switch on its customers.
Really disappointed.
