Right UPC, wrong product
I purchased the rug with a neutral horizontal stripe pattern, as pictured in the photo, and they sent me a white rug with greyish outlines. Clearly the wrong pattern, even though the UPC on the backside matches the striped rug’s UPC, so there was a sloppy mistake somewhere and I don’t trust purchasing from here again. Very annoying and now they want me to re-roll it and shove it back inside the super tight package and mail it back which is just the worst… super annoyed and disappointed

Elation 6x9 Rug
I purchased thru Target; have had it in my cart a long time; price was finally right so I purchased. It is much thinner and lighter than my previous rug but that’s a good thing, easier to clean; makes my room much brighter. I think I will enjoy it.
