Received Rug Defected
I bought this rug through rooms to go, but it was shipped directly by this company and came from it. It arrived today; I unpackaged it just moments ago to find it defective. I have included photos and will never buy from this company again and will ensure no one I love does either. I was extremely excited about this rug and now incredibly disappointed.

Beautiful colors
Bought this in December it took quite some time to arrive but when it got here it was packaged well and in good condition! Beautiful colors great quality the only negative is it still has some bumps though the middle from being rolled that will hopefully flatten with time. Otherwise I am super happy with this purchase!

I bought this rug on November 16 and it was delivered on November 23.
We opened it today and it was everything I expected from the showroom.
It has just the right pile and color to match our new bedroom flooring.
Loved the look and feel.

Where is my rug?
Purchased this rug from Nebraska Furniture Mart and I have been waiting for it to be delivered for over 3 months! No one at Nourison has been able to help and yet they are holding the rug. Very disappointing. Not worth it. Shop elsewhere.
