We just purchased this as an area rug. We have a Dyson v11 torque vacuum. We were told not to use it. What do you recommend that has no brushes. All seem to have a brush.

Nourison recommends using a suction only vacuum or a vacuum which allows for the brushes to be turned to the off position.
Overly aggressive agitation of a vacuum can cause damage to all fine carpets and or natural fibers.
