Looks used
I bought 2 of these pillows in charcoal. Well, one was charcoal and looked jew. The other one looked grey with strings handing of of the seems and no tags. It hardly matches the other pillow. I believe this was a returned item,or display, that was sent to me. I work hard to buy things at an expected value. I am very disappointed. Do not buy unless you dont care what your item looks like

Good Considering Price
This pillow is soft and looks like the one in the picture. Pillows can be expensive and for the price of this one, I'm pleased.
