Rug came almost two months after ordering but I knew it was backordered when I made my order so the communication was accurate from the beginning which I appreciate. The rug is actually softer than I expected for one of those short / non-fuzzy rugs. It's perfect, I'm really happy with the look AND feel!

Absolutely gorgeous rug
I have been searching for a nug rug for awhile and I'm so glad I found this one. It really beings the room together. It's soft and very comfortable to walk on. Might need a pad if putting on a hard floor but it's perfect on carpet.
