Bc of the natural fibers we do not recommend scotch-guard. Simple soap and water will help with the stains.

My client's dog has defecated on her rug like this. She has followed the cleaning instructions and cannot get the stain out. She has called in a professional rug cleaner, he worked o it. But the stain continues to return. Is there any other options?

Thank you for your interest in Nourison. We suggest getting back in touch with the cleaner as they would know how to handle this and request that they further clean this rug if the stains are not completely removed. If they can not help, try a different carpet cleaner.
