Heavily creased
I received this 3 wks ago. It was tightly rolled and 1/2 the rug has ripples in it and it still wont lie flat. I tried rolling it outside in, rolling it lengthwise, steam ironing the pile side over a damp cloth. Nothing worked. Today I steam ironed it over a damp cloth on the backing side.It appears this may have worked. I hope the ripples do not return once it dries. Aside from this, I do like the rugs color and feel. I would recommend it with a disclaimer about the rippling.

Love this rug!
This rug is so nice. I love the rust color. It is perfect for the room I bought it for. Nourison rugs are always such high quality and so soft. The design is subtle yet intricate. I couldn't recommend Nourison more!
